Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was delightful. The rooms were lovely with a four-poster bed and almost every comfort one could have wished for, though a bit small for a couple of nights. While flooded with sunlight early in the morning, it was still a charming space. The service was extremely helpful, especially accommodating my 88-year-old mother. The location was central with convenient parking, making it ideal for exploring Rye. The dining experience offered delicious options, although the presentation was a bit dated. Overall, a wonderful stay with excellent service and amenities.
My stay at the hotel was absolutely delightful. The rooms were beautifully furnished, and the ensuite was a luxurious touch. The service was exceptional, especially their welcoming attitude towards my dog. The location was superb, right in the heart of the town, and the dining experience surpassed my expectations with its delicious offerings.
The hotel is situated in a charming location on the atmospheric Mermaid Street, near the center of Rye. The rooms, though cozy, had their bathroom across the corridor and required climbing steep stairs. The service was friendly and helpful, but there was a slight mishap of plates being whisked away too quickly. The dining experience offered a delicious array of options, with a slightly long wait for cooked food. Overall, a lovely stay with a few quirks to keep in mind.
